Nicole M. Ardura, O.D.

Dr. Ardura has been caring for patients at Vienna Eye Care since 2016 and became the proud owner of the practice in 2025. She truly enjoys being part of the Vienna community and appreciates the strong sense of connection the town and surrounding areas provide.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!), with a minor in Spanish Studies, and went on to complete both her Bachelor of Vision Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. During her clinical training, she completed rotations at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, and the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC.

Dr. Ardura’s clinical background includes training in ocular disease, pediatric and primary eye care, and binocular vision disorders. She is especially passionate about specialty contact lens fittings—including scleral lenses for irregular corneas—and the management of dry eye disease. Helping patients with complex needs find clarity and comfort through custom solutions is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Outside the office, Dr. Ardura enjoys beach days and reading a good book. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, their two young sons, Grayson and Brooks, and their lovable Labrador, River. As both a mom and a business owner, she values building lasting relationships with the families she cares for—many of whom she has the joy of watching grow over the years.
