Celina Hubert, O.D.

Dr. Celina Hubert joined Vienna Eyecare Center following the completion of her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University.

She is extensively trained in primary care and ocular disease, with a special interest in myopia management – kickstarting the office’s Strong Eyes myopia management program.

Her clinical experience includes comprehensive externships with a focus on ocular disease at the Hershel “Woody” Williams VA Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia, as well as in various primary care and OD/MD referral practices throughout Northern Kentucky and Northern Virginia.

Dr. Hubert currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Northern Virginia Optometric Society and is an active member of the Virginia Optometric Association.

When she's not adding a new stamp to her passport, Dr. Hubert enjoys exploring the DMV's running and biking trails and checking out the local food scene with her husband and their pup, Alfred.
